"Mason was very patient with me in answering my 10,000 questions. He was very kind and took time to explain things in detail. This was my first time handling my own insurance. Zach promptly called me back to answer my questions about pet insurance and did not badger me when I said I wanted to hold off on getting it. Both of them prompted me to get life insurance, which I am sure they are instructed to with all customers. Both of them were personable, easy to talk to, and explained things really well. I was asked to leave a 5 star review. While I am typically put off by that request, I feel as though they really do deserve it, and the service I had with them was great."
